When i get to the Amazon I found a large demonstration, where the small towns around the river asked to stop the fires and breeding of livestock, because they are killing and polluting the Amazon.

Infact, Brazil is the world’s leading beef exporter. According to the Department of Agriculture of the European Union, about 20% of world exports comes from this Country.

Therefore, in order to satisfy the high markets demand, Brazilian industry needs more and more space and resources for livestock.

This generates a deep and progressive deforestation in order to grow the breeding of livestock and the cultivation of soybeans (it is the food of cows, chickens, pigs and other animals).
